- 4 November: Deadline for stand registrations
- 10 December: Deadline for sending in your stand proposals for approval by our service provider Déco Plus.
- 31 December: Deadline for booking communication services
- 01 January: Higher rates for technical orders (electricity, parking passes, internet, slings, etc.).
- 01 January: Your exhibitor area must be completed. It is important to upload your logo in order to appear in the list of exhibitors on the show website.
- 27 January: Issuing of exhibitor badges on your exhibitor area Issuing of assembly and dismantling badges
