Description
The Association ouvrière des Compagnons du Devoir et du Tour de France (AOCDTF) is a non-profit organization under the French 1901 law, recognized as being of public interest. It brings together men and women of craft, united by a common ideal: enabling everyone to achieve personal and professional fulfillment through their trade, in a spirit of openness and sharing.
As a professional training organization, it aims to transmit both knowledge and skills—through learning a trade—as well as interpersonal values, by promoting principles such as solidarity, fraternity, and generosity.
Thanks to the excellence of its training programs, its diverse work experiences in companies, and its international component, the association became a member of the Conférence des grandes écoles in 2014.
Beyond training, compagnonnage is a professional, human, and cultural experience that fosters discovery, education, and social and professional integration.
