MARC VDS RACING

Description
The Marc VDS Team initially built its track record and reputation in motorsport. It wasn't until 2010 that the team turned its attention to motorcycle racing, in particular through the brand-new Moto2 World Championship, replacing the 250cc class.
After a period of apprenticeship, the Marc VDS Team steadily built up its power, winning several world titles in the class with young talents who went on to pursue their careers in MotoGP. Tito Rabat was the first of these in 2014, followed by Franco Morbidelli (2017) and Alex Marquez (2019). The team will also welcome a future MotoGP world champion in the person of Joan Mir (2018), and will play a leading role in the category thanks to Sam Lowes, who moved up to the World Superbike Championship in 2024, and Tony Arbolino, vice world champion in 2023.
In addition to results, it's the Marc VDS Team's philosophy that is the key to its success. “Working together not just as a team, but as a family” - values held dear by Mr. Van Der Straten, the team's founder and owner.
